| Inmobiliaria McCallum, your local independent Estate Agency, benefits from 40 years experience of life in Mallorca, and more than 30 years in the property and property development market. I was educated on the island in the early 1960’s for a number of years, returning to the U.K. to practise as an Auctioneer, Valuer and Estate Agent in my home county of Devon. I became one of the first British Estate Agents to offer properties from Northern Mallorca, organising inspection flights to Mallorca as well as selling properties in Devon. Due to the success of this venture I decided to open an office in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca and in 1988 moved back out to this beautiful island to concentrate solely on Mallorcan properties. In 1992 my son, after finishing school, joined me in the business, initially working in the Estate Agency and becoming fluent in Spanish. He went on to develop a great interest and knowledge in the building trade and now runs a Construction Company working in conjunction with the Estate Agency. My daughter, also joined me in the business, learning the different aspects of the trade. She now works alongside me and runs an excellent Property Caretaking Service. She too speaks fluent Spanish. So between us we can offer you an extremely professional and extensive service. |
